Grit & Grace at The Packing Shed
Emmett’s charming store in the heart of Gem County features unique gifts, home décor, antiques, repurposed furniture, artisans’ creations and vintage finds, as well as event space and a commercial kitchen. There’s something for everyone at this restored piece of Emmett history.

Both business and life seem to be ever evolving, bringing a new direction for Grit & Grace in 2025. That being said, the store is CLOSED for the time being. We have plans, changes, and goals that we will be implementing in the coming weeks and months for The Packing Shed!

What We’re All About
Emily’s dream started with Grit & Grace Idaho, which quickly exceeded her expectations — and outgrew its home.

Queue The Packing Shed. As its name suggests, The Packing Shed was once a fruit packing shed for Emmett’s orchards. Now it encompasses everything that Grit & Grace offered — including over 50 local merchants and their creations.

In addition to a retail space, The Packing Shed contains a large event space, commercial kitchen, and space for community classes.
It’s truly a place that celebrates the hard work and ingenuity of the wonderful people of this valley.
